This is a device for winding or rewinding paper and film up to 2100 mm wide onto paper tubes in a two-axis manner.

The winding speed and winding tension can be individually adjusted using a volume control. The winding direction can be switched between forward and reverse using a switch. An ultrasonic sensor detects the winding diameter, and tension control ensures that the tension remains constant even when the diameter changes. By applying back tension, it can also be used as a payout device (payout brake). If one axis is used for payout and the other for winding, it can also be used as a rewinding device.
